NOT FUN:
Standing up after being in bed all night and putting pressure on the burn.
Walking.
Walking in work appropriate closed toe shoes.
Removing the dressing and WASHING the burn. With soap. It stings like nothing you’ve ever felt.
The 100+ temps they’ve been predicting for today and tomorrow.
No AC and a so-so fan.
Typing this and realizing I probably should have waited to pour the milk into my cereal. Soggggy.
FUN:
Geting to spend the entire day at SIGGRAPH today.
Being a HUGE nerd. With lots of other nerds.
Having two friends in town for the week (one from San Diego and one from NYC) who I typically only get to see sporadically at best.

checking myspace 100 times during the day and realizing that it is the greatest invention of the internet HAH
not so fun: going to insurance place in braintree where they say they’ll be able to get my registration worked out and save me a trip to the dmv.
having them have a system problem that’s “never happened before” in regards to my registration
having to go to dmv. only to have them turn me away because ONE line on the form is not filled in.
going back to insurance place. having her try again since system has since worked for other customers. finding out ten minutes later it won’t work on my kind of bike regardless.
