RSS feeds, RSS feeds, RSS feeds. I’ve added a bunch of new blogs to my RSS reader, but I stuck all the ‘blomo blogs in one folder. Then I wait awhile, and read a couple days of each blog at once. So much easier.

I would have to agree.

At first, I was like, “Hey, this will be fun! And I’ll have a chance to rediscover my creative writing abilities.”

Then I remembered that I spend all day in a school with 24 energetic 6, 7, and 8-year-olds, only to run off after that to A) Grad School or B) My part-time retail job.

So by the time I get home, the last thing on my mind is typing. Some days it’s easier than others to think of a topic – on the tough days, I think about quitting. But I’m not a quitter.

As for reading the blogs of other participants – aside from those I already read – I think I picked up one new link for my blogroll.

So much to do – not nearly enough time. And I’m definitely out for late-night blogging. I need my beauty sleep!

Haha, that’s exactly how I feel, Jonathon! Blogging/commenting has always been a fun late-night activity, but NaBloPoMo has increased my addiction!

I think that the weekly stuff hasn’t been a problem for me, since I usually post every weekday anyways. However, I have to had to hit “pause” on some fun times over the weekends in order to post and I don’t love that.

I’m doing okay on the blog writing/reading front. I’m having trouble now and again to put as much into it as I feel I should, but I’ve discovered that blogging and commenting has become a great late night activity when you’re avoiding tomorrow for as long as possible :)

I too am hooked. I had to limit myself to five in the randomizer at work, otherwise I would easily spend 8 hours there. I’m trying to comment on some that I find, but many are *yawn*. Also, what’s up with all the knitters? I mean, no offense MOM (or any other knitters out there) but knitting is not that fascinating. And to discuss it? Like every day? Great! So you found a new pattern. Woo-friggin-hoo.

But I did find you, so it can’t be all bad!

i usually go by the visual impact first and i have seen some pretty blogs on the randomizer!
my own blog never popped up though, so you randomizer-haters can’t possibly talk about me… hehe, because a) i am not a mom, b) i don’t own pets and c) my blog is not boring [at least i hope so].

I’m with adina and tom…so many 30 year old mothers who use blogging as their only contact with the outside world…I can’t stand the randomizer. you can be a 30 year old blog mom…just don’t be so damn boring!

I just read links from good blogs. and any blog with the words ‘monkey’, ‘ninja’, or ‘pirate’ in the title. cause you can’t go wrong with those. ;)

I can only stand a handful as it is. I need to chuckle. I don’t read for enlightenment or whatever.

I think this whole thing is burning people out on blogs. Anyone else feel that way?

I don’t mind blogging every day. I usually save drafts whenever inspiration hits and post them later.
