My guess is that some of the code you moved into the sidebar (which is what I'm assuming is line 3 in functions), might call something that needs to run after the login stuff in pluggable-functions.php. If you can, start by putting functions.php back as it was. If it is already like that, try putting your sidebar back. That's my only guess from your error message and my WP install.
