(It’s pretty incredible just how many people needed clarification on that. “You’re going to Portland ….. Maine?” “Yes, I think it’s worth my time and yours to tell you that I am traveling to a city within a relatively short drive from my home that I’ve already been to a handful of times.” Ok no, I really just responded … “No, um Oregon?”)
Anyway, I’m not going to take much time to blog this morning, but I thought I’d share a few of my favorite pictures from the past few days. I haven’t even gone through my full memory card from yesterday, so I only have days one and two online now. (For the record, I’ve taken literally thousands and have condensed that down into something far more manageable for my online catalog.)
I’ll go into more detail about what I did on these days, with who, and where once I get back to Boston, but for now just enjoy the view.

Even after posting those, I’m still not convinced those are all of my favorites. And to tell you the truth, I can’t believe what is in those photographs is actual REAL. And I got to SEE it. The Oregon coast is just so incredibly gorgeous and breath taking, words can’t even describe just how amazing this state is. Feel free to look at all the photos I have up from my trip so far in my Portland, Oregon Set on flickr.
I have hundreds of photos the actual city of Portland from yesterday that I haven’t even begun to make my way through and will be out and about shooting in the city again today, so stayed tuned for more.
And oh yeah, did I mention I’m boarding a plane to San Francisco later today? So the pictures from this already insanely amazing trip will continue all the way through to the end of the week. YAY.

Amazing. I went to Haystack rock a few years back and took in some of the best moments ever on a beach. We also went to the moutains. You’re right – the Oregon coast is gorgeous.
You’re boarding a plane for San Francisco IF we actually let you leave today. You might just be moving here, because, seriously. I’m already pouting.
But yes, if I could sum up this weekend in one word it would totally be: YAY. Or: TEQUILA.
Great pix! My wife and I were out there last summer and after canon beach we went up to Astoria for a Goonies adventure:
