On that MBTA note…

(Universal Hub – maybe your readers can help me get answers to this …)

Ok so in my last post about the MBTA Eric left the follwing comment:

Please, please, please go to MBTA.com (http://mbta.com/customer_support/on_time_service_guarantee/) and register for a free fare. Feeling some financial heat is the only way they’ll ever change. Any wait longer than 30 minutes qualifies.

I buy a Monthly Link Pass, so I couldn’t exactly register for free fare for one trip…. How does that work?

Also (just to add fuel to this MBTA-hating fire) on APRIL 9th of 2007 a CharlieTicket/Card machine shut off with my $20 in it. I filed a claim with the MBTA and they said they’d send me a Charlie Ticket valued at $20 within 8 weeks.

It’s been one year and two months and I STILL haven’t seen that money.

I think I might hate the MBTA.

i’m sure charlie ticket valued at $20 is just on one of their buses; hence, the delay. ;)

Sound about right. UGH.

(Which no offense but like I said I BUY A MONTHLY PASS. What is a $20 ticket going to do for me???)
