Nice work. Giving blood / platelets is one of the best things you can do. You literally can save 3 lives with a single blood donation. My dad took about 30 pints of blood during one stint in the hospital – believe me, it crucial. PS. It can help rid your body of toxins and dangerous metals. YAY.
