I liked your list…East of Eden is my favorite book, too, although you and I are brunch opposites. I’m far more of a luncher because I eat breakfast really early so by the time people want to meet up for brunch I’m ready for lunch food, and so many places only have a brunch menu. Grrrr.

I forgot to tell you FOREVER ago that I actually used you as an example while fulfilling the bridesmaidly duties of helping do wedding invitations. The maid of honor was throwing a TANTRUM that we addressed an invite to someone named Debbie.

My point was – a) That COULD be her given name and b) even if it’s not, it’s better to call her Debbie, than misspell her full name, as we had no idea which version it was.

Mainly, I was all, “My friend Jenny! Blah, blah, blah! We shouldn’t assume!”

I know this is random as shit, but I like your blog. We both live in the area, and it’s hard to come by other Boston bloggers who literally tell it like it is, without sugarcoating a damn thing.

As for FB, I love that damn site.
