Cute dress? More like fug mess.

Saw this last night at Lord & Taylor. I picked it up off the rack and announced to all the women in the dress department (we were all
friends by now) that A) it looked like a wedding cake and B) somewhere some girl bought this dress and all her dirty parts were hanging out
uncovered and exposed. (Seriously it was SHORT!)
I don’t think I got that great of a response out of a crowd since … Well ever.
Nothing brings a group of women together quite like making fun of heinous fashion. Turns out throwing in the phrase “trashy whore” doesn’t hurt either.
PS. That dress? $200.

Hahah. Yeah I figured it would be possible to offend anyone with this one …. and if I did, I don’t know if I’d want to be that person’s friend. My friends don’t walk around with their parts hanging out. LOL.
This should be a dress for a child or a really short teen …. not hanging in the women’s section of Lord & Taylor.

Oooohhhh…that is one of my favorite games, although once I actually bought the dress. ONly because it was on SUPER SUPER clearance (for obvious reasons) at David’s bridal for 15 bucks and I figured it would make a great tooth fairy, or Glenda teh Good Witch Halloween costume for cheap money. I have to take a picture and send it to you, but for now, this description will have to do. Strapless tight bodice with glitter and sequins and beads covering it. Then it is poufy netted material all teh way down to teh floor…teh color? a combination of that netting in bright orange, hot pink and peach. I am giong to put aside the thought that someone made this dress for a wedding and hope it is meant to be for a prom, but either way…come on!!! To be honest though, it was so hideous I fell in love, and as a girl who loves anything sparkley and pink, I had to find a way to incorporate this insanely ugly, insanely cheap dress into my life!! :)

Yeah see that? Ok (and totally hilarious by the way. YES SEND PICS!). Clearance impulse buys are always fun … buy actually choosing to spend $200 on THAT. NO.

OK…if Adriana Lima wore that, she would look…hideous!!!
And, if a designer can’t clear that hurdle, she should know better than to make the dress. There should be fines for that.

HAAAHAA!! I TOTALLY picked up the same dress YESTERDAY and the stranger girl next to me and I started talking about how much ARSE that would cover. TOO FUNNY.

Seriously!!! It wasn’t on a full rack. People actually PURCHASED those.
